Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every Eigengrau piece is made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — including for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, and email us if you're unsure; we're happy to help you pick a size.

The exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if the wrong item is sent, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Email eigengrau.studio@proton.me with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery.

If your order doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll trace it with the carrier or send a replacement.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that we can't make changes.
